I am not an expert on anything.

Ok, I have read the thread and I have read your response. I will answer one more time and then let it go.

Advice like this or what to do if this happens or that happens SHOULD NOT be asked and taken from complete strangers over the internet at some silly dog forum.

Reading your responses tell me this: your heart may be in the right place, but you do not have the mental maturity, experience and knowledge to deal with (EXTREME) hard, alpha and tough dogs. So, let it be, till you gain some more.

Stuff needed to handle dogs like that cannot be read from the books, or seen over the internet etc... It takes time, patience, right attitude, years of experience, and frankly some mental maturation and wisdomthat cannot be faked, it only can come from maturity and age.

I generaly stay away from silly threads, but this will be one and only, I hope, exception.

Now, with all that said, I will answer briefly what you have asked me to do and I still adviseyou to let it go. You are too young, although eager and willing, but simply too young toown a dog like that.

If I shower him with lots and lots of love(which i do to every dog) will it turn on me? ---> It depends on what kind of showering you do and how you do it. You do not understand the comcept of alpha, hard dog. Dogs like this don't do "showering with love". What they need is firm, consistent and fair handling. Tough and fair approach to them, a job to do, clear understanding who is above and below in rank and so on and so on. Trust me, you DO NOT want a dog like that.It gets tiring to do rank battles day after day after day.

If i teach him from day one that im the boss, will it turn on me? ---> Depends on what you "teach him", how you "teach him" and what you do about it if you "teaching" doesn't work. There is no specific answer.

Now, with all that said, you will probably do whatever you want to do, but you really don'twant a doglike that. Hell, I don't want a dog like that. It'sa constant battle and a pain in the ass.

Now, I will stop responding to this thread, there is not much more to say for me here.

Very well said and oh so true.
I trained a dog that was handler aggressive. It wasnt always fun. He was loaded with drive but didnt always like the idea that he had to do what I told him to do.  I was fair and firm with him. But in the end I gave him back to the breeder. I didnt own him. I was just the handler.

I will never get nasty with posters like Adi, 4pack, Sueincc, JYL! NEVER! They are genuine people out there to help me! You showline folks except a few, did nothing for me! You attacked me and assualted me. People like Liz deserved every bit of what i said. I'll say it all over again if i have to!

You have tried nothing Liz! Nothing you lazy arse, NOTHING! All your trying to prove is how innocent you are! Your not!

ADI, your right, im not ready for a hard dog. Ill get a normal WL dog with moderate drives.

Your last pm to me makes little sense as usual, i cannot reply. No ARI you attacked all the show line folk who tried to give you good advice, and i do hope you do not use the same treatment of the above named, they will eat you up and spit you out. Now if you would stop making comments about all the show folks who tried to guide you maybe you would be left alone. I think Sue, 4pack, Jyl and Adi are smart enough to see you for the immature nasty youngster that you are. Adi, i think has sussed you out right away, glad you are taking his advice, for once. liz
