What exactly is meant by the title of this ad?

I had a similar reaction. Where I come from a similar world means "shower" but in the US it refers to something usually not mentioned in polite company. The party who posted the ad obviously is not aware of the native vernacular and would probably be hugely embarrassed. It's a difficult issue because meanings are lost or confounded in the translation. A non-English person can have an excellent grasp of the language but miss the boat when they do not have the experience that you only get from living in this country for a very long time to learn the intricacies and expressions and slangs. I usually let it go unless it was horribly inappropriate. I think if I were to attempt to post something in German, there are Europeans who would have much to say to me. I only hope that they would be understanding of the fact that their language is not my strong suit and I am doing my best. I'd rather make a helpful suggestion to the person that needs to hear it than to initiate a string of "snarky" comments. I would like to think that such a dignified reaction would typify the communications on this site and I intend to do my part to support this goal. 

I wasn't being snarky, I really was wondering because I've seen many funny things written when trying to translate into another language.  This was a new one on me.  After reading the heading on the second ad, I think he's meaning to say Dutch Shepherd.

I certainly did not say your comments were "snarky" but I have read comments in other instances that were not only unhelpful and lacking in any constructive advice or information, but were meant only to "vent". I have found many responses as being especially thoughtful and valuable. Unfortunately, it only takes a few. I also find it extremely time consuming to have to choose my words so carefully because too many people tend to personalize. I am not trying to be rude when I ask this but I don't know why you thought I was refering to you specifically, and I sincerely hope that all our good readers do not respond the same way because I would not take the time to communicate with people just to blow them off or put them down. I would be wasting my time and theirs.
There was another member I communicated with recently echoed the same concerns.
A few feel "free" to be as crude and nasty as they please but the rest of us pay the price.
As for the translation issue, I looked at the two slightly different entries and thought it might be the dogs' names. Does anyone recall the language it was written in? Or the dominant language of the writer?
