How located a dogs Owner - Page 1

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to find two dogs in particular. I have their birthdays AKC registration numbers and OFA certification number and I am trying to find out how I can located them. Does the AKC give out contact information of dog owners?

I was told that the AKC does not give out dog owner contact information. What they can do is contact the dog owner for you and then that person can decide whether to get back to you or not.
