Sock Puppet

I see a lot of talk of training but I never see not one post on dog training but I see lots of posts on everything but dog training seems you would be more interested in helping newbies with training issues than showing your ass to all. After all you are a pro trainer. Anyone can be anything on the net so I am not really sure who you are trying to impress but I don't feel impressed.

What you will need to do is start a new thread with you qestion or questions.  From the you will get several helps.  Of course there are going to be a few asses but just look over them.  I'll be glad to help.

You just have to ask for it.

I see a lot of people here who could use help on training issues and I figure a guy like you could help but instead I see you saying you are a trainer but really never offering any real advice.

I see in your above post you totally changed it, in your original post you said sorry cause you are being defensive, now it says something totally different. Why totally change it?

Odd thing: this is the ";\neral Topics" board where, theoretically, all breeds would be discussed. More to the point, it is for dog-related topics. Each breed has the "General Topics" section, but in each case xlicking on it brings you here. But, this section, too, seems dominated by gsd-people and gsd-oriented topics.

Mystere

I've seen that too But as is the case of  Sock Puppet wanting to ask traing questions the questions could be of general or specific natures.

If general they would apply to a small terrier or a Great Dane.

Specific - it could be more breed directed but still applicable to several breeds.

I think it would be good to have a training thread for newbies, one for intermediates, then thosewho are advanced but still have questions - BUT ARE WE WILLING TO HELP OR ONLY HAVING PISSING MATCHES?????????

And I suppose we could have specialized threads as well: Sch, Mondo, French Ring, SAR, etc.

Just some thoughts!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably have to get someone other than me to suggest it, I don't think the the folks around hear like me much!  LOL

Tuff,

I think you misunderstood, I am not saying I need training advice. What I said is you talk the talk but you never seem to help people asking training questions, when I posted that last night I counted at least 5 training threads but your name was not on one. I think the pissing match comes from you and only you. Besides if you have to post how good of a trainer you are over and over, then I guess that might only be in your own mind. I have never seen you give one ounce of training advice but I see you jumping on a lot of people, not because they are trolls or animal abusers or whatever but just cause you can.

I do not need training advice but if I did I would ask the people who post about training and help others with real training issues. Like Slamdunc, Yoshy, Hodie and LavK9 and a host of others that I cannot think of at this time.

Your words " BUT ARE WE WILLING TO HELP OR ONLY HAVING PISSING MATCHES?????????"

With you I believe it is pissing matches as I have never seen you help 1 person with a training question.

Well,

I guess in th lateness of the hour Sock Puppett I got ambushed.

So let me say that my motives were pure.  But from the way you sounded it was you that were needing the advice.  I now stand corrected and can assume you have no questions and got it figured out so I'll see you on the training help threads.

Maybe together we can help those you labled as "newbies"

Certainly did not mean to offend you. THOUGHT YOU WANTED HELP.
