What  I find interesting is how right everyone is. As a comparison did you know that providing food for the hungry and poor never solves the problem of famine? And yet that is not a good enough reason to stop feeding them. I think the same dynamic can apply to rescues.

More than a few years ago i had positive dealings with this rescue, see link below, based in Raleigh, NC. Maybe it isn't that far a drive for the lady near you. Lots of GSD's....

The night they were born it was 3 above, they were born indoors.
Now at 4 weeks with temps back to a normal range yes they are outside.
