Well, Maggie, If it was maliciously altered, than it would than be the decision of admin, as to what action if any is taken.....I assume that is what the purpose of keeping track of the history is...Ya know, to make sure everyone is kept honest....

Nona,
For the one who originally made the entry it says (current entry), it does not tell which member made the start entry.

OOPS!! My Bad Ibrahim....I understand now what you are saying....However, I do believe that since there is an IP address for everything submitted to this PDB, there would also be one for the submission of pedigrees....There again, it can be traced back to the IP address of the person who entered it..
Hope this helps...

Michael
Yes, and this Dog has two Pedigrees the main one with most detail of it is spelled
ORRY v haus ANTWERPA. However that is the name people look at most,
The Dogs real Kennel name is ORRY v haus ANTVERPA. and there is a pedigree for that dog with the correct name but more detail on the incorrect spelled name
Does make you think a bit

If you allow me,
I think blocking a pedigree whether old or new is not a practical thing to do.
Making an item in the TOS for ill modifying of a pedigree is a good idea.
Keeping track of changes and who did them is a good thing, but not sufficient.
A suggestion:
In the member profile where his/her comments can be seen, also modifications he/she made to pedigrees plus entries (adding a dog) done by him/her can be added to each profile/info. This way we can track what a certain member is sharing to the Data Base.

I just noticed there are no children listed for Orry v.h Antwerpa which is the incorrect spelled name, but in the other Pedigree where Orry 's name is spelled correctly it lists just one son QERRY
funny thing is that name is spelled wrongly as well it should be QUERRY father of the great Tom

How about adding a "Training Messageboard" so I don't have to sift through the fluff. It would be nice to have a whole front page of training instead of seeing 2. That would be nice.

Why don't you do like other sites and disply who is online and logged in. That way we can't say we mistakingly used our daughter's account.
