I hope neither one wins. Like to see Butler Bulldogs finish the job as an 8 seed. Hopefully, Stanford can beat the women for the second time this year.

So sorry Lady Huskies!!! We'll have to let the men do it this year!  crying

Way to jinx 'em!

Auriemma is a gasbag but he runs a clean program.  Calhoun is so crooked he has to screw his pants on.  Go Butler!

You're just jealous. UCONN is AWESOME come March Madness!

Geno put Women's basketball on the MAP!   yes  I remember when we were the underdogs, LOL .... Of course, now everyone wants to see us fall! LOL

Calhoun got his slap on the wrist, so stop crying. Go HUSKIES!

I'm rooting for the Huskies as well. Though the first half was HORRIBLE on both teams parts.

Worst half of championship game hoops I have ever seen, and I've been watching since Lew Alcindor played for the Wizard of Westwood.  Bataan Death March basketball that is borderline unwatchable.

I suppose it had to come to this eventually, what with all the real talent going to the NBA right out of HS or after a year of college at most, but the NCAA needs to do something to create more scoring.  Shorter shot clock, technical foul for defensive three seconds in the lane, start to actually call hand-checks on the perimeter - but do something to get the scoring up into the 60s and 70s.

HUSKIES!#1 CHAMPIONS!
CALHOUN       VINDICATED

Donald, the reason I like college ball is because of the mistakes. Pro-ball is so typically, perfectly....boring sometimes, okay almost all the time, LOL. And don't get me started on "playoffs", they last an eternity, I won't fall for that one any more. The players that are left playing might actually want an education, you know just in case, might as well--- since they are IN college? LOL

And from what I heard the player that started all of Calhoun's problems has become quite the little problem for himself.

Beetree, where do you get that? You do realize why a team like Butler has been to the finals two years in a row, or a team like VCU makes the Final Four? Why do you think teams like George Mason go far in the tourney lately? Your Ucon team is made up of 1 junior and all Sophomores and Freshman. Most good schools are losing good players early because they wanna make money, not get a degree. Mid-Major teams keep their players for four years. They may not be as talented, but experience helps.
