This is just deja vu. There was the same "1984" hammering when bank cards with PIN numbers began for ATMs. People claimed not only Big Brother, but the "One World"conspiracy, and the advent of the Anti-christ, because we'd all have a number. Much ado about nothing.

AS A REMINDER:  Blanketing the OT board with multiple threads about the same thing (religion, American politics, etc.,)  is not allowed.  If there are one or two threads on page one of the OT Board having to do with the same thing, you need to limit your comments to those threads.  Additional threads are subject to moderator deletion with no notice.  Should a member choose to continue to blanket the board, that member will be subject to further administrative action.
