pls can anyone give me the address of quantams owner tel no and emaill address please i am looking for a top quantum son for show and breeding

I don't know of how to contact him, but I have a litter of his puppies that will be ready by NOv. 15th. I also know of two other litters, one consists of red sables and the other Black and red. I don't know how many males are available through thos litters though. All of these litters are in the U.S. and I think that there may be a much younger litter currently in the U.K.

Quantum's owner is Peter Send. Here is his address: Einhardstr. 1 68519 Viernheim, Germany I have this feeling that ginny is looking for an ADULT Quantum son, but perhaps I am wrong. Quantum has produced some very nice pups for me, although he does carry the long coat factor, so most of his progeny probably also carry this long coat factor.

If you look into this website http://www.shepherdbreed.com/index.php, the breeder just bought a female that was mated with quantum.

Vom Felsen Hof, This is my first Quantum litter. Have you noticed the white spotting gene? Just curious.

Blitzstrahl, YEP, the white spots were on 3 of 5 pups born in the last Quantum litter. ONLY on the chest. Got one small white spot on a toe that was not noticeable as it got older. I also had 2 long coats out of 5 pups. The one male (not a long coat) was a monorchid. :( I like Quantum, and clearly he CAN produce awesomely! (See this year's Sieger!) I just would not use him on a dog that I know carries the long coat gene, or one who has much (if any) white on chest or feet. (the female I bred to him has a very small white star on her chest, and that is it) I certainly would not breed him to this female again, as I try my best to produce pups who are not considered "faulty" (long coats, etc) by the German SV. Remember it takes TWO sets of genes to produce those pups! I do not lay blame solely on Quantum. I must say, they turned out LOOKING very nicely! The entire litter has very super red color, nice pigmentation, GREAT drives, highly intelligent, easy to train. Let me know how your pups turn out? I'm very interested! I'll send you a photos of them if you're interested. Just shoot me an email. :)

one of the best grandsons of quantum is rocky vom haus kalia. take a look.

I think that white spots come from Visum Arminius. One my dog out of Quantum have asymmetrical not centered white on chests.

by jdh on 03 November 2006 - 01:11

Crrect me if I am wrong, but it seems to me that white spots are a disqualifier. I have seen some otherwise outstanding dogs with distinct white blazes, yet they are promoted as if they were quite correct.
