website to check your vets or doctor's background - Page 1

Hi everyone, I thought I could share this website with you, because of all the issues everyone including me, has has had with their Veterinary. I'm not sure if it can be used outside of Michigan State, but this is what we have to check on any Doctor or Vet to see if they have a record (Bad Background) behind them. Here is the website If you didn't know about it. http://www.cis.state.mi.us/free You can probably put your state initials where the mi is and see if that works for you, if your not in Michigan. All you have to do is put their name in and business, and then if their name pop's up with their license number just click on their license number and if they have a record (Bad Background) it will show. I found out with this site that my old vet had a really big record so naturally I changed to one that is very good with my GSD's. Only seems to work for michigan, but good info for all who live there.

I would think something similar must exist for each state ??

I wasn't sure if it would work for the other states. My new Vet is the one that gave me this information, so if your out of the state of Michigan, maybe your Vet would have something similar, I would think they would. Hopefully this will help for people in Michigan, Sorry about the other states!! Like I said though maybe your Vet or even your own physician would have something similar. Thanks Kel
