Please let me ask this: has anybody an idea please what this x-ray means? What has here happened?
Thank you for helping.

Senta,

Is this your dog?  What did the vet think?  What are other symptoms?

Since you didn't get a reply, I'm guessing none of us know.  My guesses NOT knowing anything would be bloat w/torsion OR obstruction.  By now you would know if or not it was bloat, sadly.  Obstruction can do whacky things depending on where the obstruction is located and if anything strange is causing it.  Either I think would be easy enough for a vet to identify as they see those all the time.  IF your vet hasn't diagnosed this yet, I'd ASK them if they should consider exploratory surgery.

Best of luck, and please do tell when you find out.

The vet didn´t see anything but air. He didn´t ask why.
Very, very sad - this dog died.

I'm sorry to hear that :(  An obstruction can cause air to get backed up, and some obstructions don't show on x-ray.

Gas put off from dead tissue, ie, gangrene caused by twisted gut or obstruction. Sorry for the dog to suffer.

Had an operation been an opportunity in this situation? I mean the gas is only in a small part (?)
There was no debris inside in the intestinal.
