Problems with the litter registration? - Page 1

Having a problem with the litter registration. I fill out all the info and it verifies it and says it's ready to register X number of puppies, but when I go to click on the final registration button, nothing happens. I've checked the search to see if they are on and they are not. I've tried twice by starting from square one on down to no avail.Just tried a 3rd time and same thing..... it's the (Submit and Create) button that's not working.
 Suggestions?

Call the AKC directly and tell them about it.  Could be a tech glitch, or could be some 'hidden' flag on the sire or dam or breeder's name that is blocking the process from completion. You won't know for sure until you talk to them.
 

are these imported sire and dam?

is sire american bred, but has he had several litters registered to him?

in both cases dna is required.

Or it might just be a glitch with PDB. I will let Oli know, thank you. lol

Oh, derr...I thought she meant she was actually officially registering the litter, using the AKC's on-line option.  Didn't consider she might have been referring to entering a litter into the database.

Confirmed a problem with the final step ,  sorry about that.
