Can someone please explain to me the meaning of (AK) D on a dog surveyed in Germany and are surveys limited to a time frame now.. How does it differ from KK1 are there still lifetime surveys given in Germany  ... thank you.

The first successful survey given has a two-year span.  A re-survey may result in a lifetime survey span.  The survey no longer involves two classes.  There is only a single class "breed surveyed".

As for the "(AK) D", I cannot tell what that is.  Perhaps if you gave more context I could help you in that regard.

Gunther Dietrich thank you for your reply, must all dogs be represented, and if not do they loose their survey status, and life time is based on what ??  producing ??? ..  Not sure what the (AK) D means but notice it is under survey status on dogs listed on the Winsis sight now.. not KK1 or KK2 obbiously for reason as you have explained..being there on the one class..

AK(D) = AngeKört Deutschland = breed surveyed in Germany
A dog that isn´t presented again after 2 years won´t get the "lifetime status". "Lifetime" is based on the 2 breed surveys, nothing else.
You may miss the 2. breed survey and survey one year later, that´s okay, but in this case the survey only counts for another 2 years, not for lifetime.
