You must have meant - hillery can't BE stopped.

by joanro on 03 May 2016 - 10:05

No, I meant Hillery * can't stop* lying.

Name one politician that doesn't lie. They go to liars school and graduate into politics.

by beetree on 03 May 2016 - 15:05

Doesn't mean we have to accept hers.

Oh I get it you will accept the ones you want and reject the ones you don't - I call that being a hypocrite, what do you call it?

by beetree on 03 May 2016 - 16:05

Since, I know I am not a liar, I won't be calling myself a hypocrite.

I know people lie all the time for all sorts of reasons. Big lies, little lies. Good reasons, bad reasons. The statistics show most people will lie. I can't be excluding such a large swath of the population in my everyday existance! So, I think it is prudent to take in the intent and the propensity for damage in discovering a lie, as to help make certain judgments. Some we acquiesce with, perhaps, and others we will not accept depending on our own POVs.

So, what is hillerys big lie? You are gonna support Trump and I would say he has lied more than the rest. So, what is causing the problem with hillery? I personally think it is not really the lying but another deep seeded issue you have with her. I don't support hillery but if the choice is her or the enema I will probably vote for her. I am not big into xenophobic big mouths with mob connections as president.

by beetree on 03 May 2016 - 18:05

Yes, I do have a deep seated issue with her, I will admit that. Her whole entire persona reeks of contrivance to me.

Just watching her put a token in the subway turnstyle is such an obvious lie in so many ways, it just turns my stomach. Without coattails to ride on, she'd be no where. She recently had no moral sense of impropriety and used a Sandy Hook victim in a political ad for gun control in CT— that was very nauseating, too. I support the issue even, but not that ad! She has blood on her hands with her incompetent handling of Benghazi. Her Wall Street power base existence seeped into the private server fiasco, evidence of her sense of entitlement, and all the while she is stumping as champion of the little people with only her record of unremarkable accomplishments. Who is she besides, selfishly ambitious? This is what I object to, if she is a first woman POTUS. How sad for women, if this is what it takes! I am sure I've said as much before, already.

Trump says impossible things. I certainly don't believe he could even accomplish half of them. I think he is narcissistic enough that he actually and probably thinks he will! IF he gets in the Oval office, I mostly believe the grinding pace of reality will put the breaks on some of his more fanciful ideas. So, are those lies he tells, or an unchecked sense of his own possibility within his reality?

The difference I think is that when Hillary contrives, she justifies her deeds but she knows when it is a lie. When Trump inflates his abilities and makes wacked out promises, he actually believes in himself to the point that he never sees it as a lie. I think he'd have a fairly short learning curve, too, that will correct many of his notions.

What are the mob connections you speak of? Do they compare with the Saudi connections that Hillary has? The thing I do agree with Trump, is the USA needs to be less predictable with regards to the terrorist infestation within the Muslim extremists factions. And maybe others. America First, does has its own growing charm.
