To the un by dictator in chief....please contact Mitch Mcconnel and tell him stop obama ...

'The conversation turned to the impending handover of Internet control to a foreign body, a topic that should be of major concern to American voters, although Marlow sarcastically observed there was no time for it during the debate because moderator Lester Holt thought it was more important to discuss Donald Trump’s thoughts on Barack Obama’s birth certificate.'

So, you really aren't for smaller government? You do not understand the issue and I am not taking my time to try and explain it to you because I would just be wasting my precious time explaining something to someone who does not understand what Breifart is.

I didn't have you in mind when I posted the above info. Go to your safe place and dont worry about what i believe or not believe...that is none of your business.

'With the U.S. relinquishing control of ICANN, it will likely fall under the ITU's control and risk being subject to censorship. Once the U.S. cedes control of it, nothing would stop it from folding into the ITU, especially now that the Internet is classified as a telecommunications service. In fact, ICANN's CEO, Fadi Chehadé, has been considering the establishment of an office in Geneva, which is "the location of the largest U.N. presence outside New York," according to The Daily Caller. Chehadé has also reportedly said that "all governments are welcome" in regards to ICANN's jurisdiction.

'At that point, Russia and China would have an easier time in censoring speech that is not to their liking. For instance, Republican Senators Ted Cruz (TX), Mike Lee (UT) and James Lankford (OK) wrote in a letter that they discovered "that ICANN's Beijing office is actually located within the same building as the Cyberspace Administration of China, which is the central agency within the Chinese government's censorship regime" and that U.S. companies are folding to China's mandates for censorship.'

It's always great to hear opinions on how the internet works from people who know as much about it as my pet turtle.

Then how is it your business??? You don't even understand it. Pssst, if China wants to censor its people WHO are we to say they can't? I mean are we now the censor police for foreign nations??? And just so you know China has been censoring their people the whole time we controlled the net. So, in summary you have no clue exactly how the "internets" (lol) work and you quote from very very very biased sites AND not only do you quote these imbeciles (see Beifart), you actually believe their shit. BTW, you do not tell me what I can and cannot do, this is a public forum as you well know and any member OR admin can post to this thread.
