Yeah but there is home school science and actual science when it comes to lab experiments.

The fact you can equate the creation of intelligent living things to the wisdom of Ms Frizzle is actually quiet sad....for the dogs in the experiments.

The fact that you think that they're just experiments is the sad thing.

And Ms. Frizzle's wisdom is legit. You do a lot of learning that way. I'm not ashamed to quote her.

Huh, you are the one said all breedings are lab experiments. I don't think that at all.

An animated third grade school teacher that does magic, nice mentor.

And yet you said this:
Good to hear xeph and smiley have no problem with creating lab experiments for their personal gratification.

In any case, I don't feel bad about what I'm doing.  Don't like it?  Don't buy a dog from me.  Problem solved ^_^

Xeph and smiley are two people, you said all.

But yes you are correct if you are implying that i think there are too many people breeding gsd and way too many of them breeding gsd to fufil their own personal tastes of how the breed should look and be.

I like the breed as much as anyone but I don't believe that entitles me to just start breeding them to satisfy nothing more than my personal desire to create my own special snowflake possibly/maybe many litters later.

But hey I'm the bad guy.

Smiley, I'm not that familiar with the nuances of conformation. I liked that he had some drive and a great confidence about himself without creepy, flat, splayed feet or wobbly back legs. It didn't hurt that he had an extra dose of personality, LOL. He cruised around like he was in a parade and we were all there to celebrate him, a real character.

Good luck in your search!

An image

Thor's thunder, this poor dog is already suffering and in need of surgery, and it apparently is still a pup!  See the tear stains on the inner and outer corners of the eyes? The pup's skin is so loose, the eyelashes are causing irritation to the inner surface of the lids at best, and the corneas at worst...and if not addressed, the dog will eventually lose its sight.

This is disgusting on so many levels.
