Throw in the guys that are falsely accused out of spite, women that use sex like bartering chips, guys misled into paying for and raising kids that aren't theirs, father's that are basically denied access to their own kids in a divorce because they are fathers not mothers, gold diggers targeting rich guys, guys getting raped, entrapment...... The issues warrant more than a not funny sketch.
That little fag Milo deals with this issue nicely.

Oh VK, that age old adage of the woman filed a false rape report because she wanted to get back at the man, or men are duped into paying for children not theirs (hello DNA test), as for the rest, oh good grief get a grip…….really now. Let’s go to school on false accusations for a bit since that seems to be the one thing men like you cling to….. Legally and per law enforcement there are some terms that are used when reporting a crime. For instance, UNFOUNDED is often confused with false allegations but is not the same thing. UNFOUNDED cases include those that law enforcement and district attorney feel does not meet the criteria for that district to consider it rape, however they still believe a sexual assault occurred but it just does’t meet their criteria. Now district criteria varies from area to area with some districts feel that bruised and lacerated areas that commonly occur during a forced penetration along with the witness statement is enough, others demand that there be visible signs of violence with stab wounds, bruising from being struck with object or fist, and/or broken bones are required to say a rape has occurred. BASELESS cases are those where it is determined that the incident does not meet the elements of a crime but is presumed to be truthful. FALSE reports are those that law enforcement has investigated and are FACTUALLY proven not to have occurred. UNSUBSTANTIATED is a civilian term and not used in law enforcement, it means that there is INSUFFICIENT evidence to determine whether the crime occurred. This is usually used in child abuse/neglect cases. Out of the 10%-17% of rapes that are actually reported (percentage varies between DOJ, FBI, WHO, CDC, NIHM, Dept HHS however they all agree the number of unreported is much higher) FALSE accusations fall between 2%-6%, (again depending upon which agency statistics you use.
To give you a better scope of the idea
- Out of 300-325 rapes actually reported to law enforcement
- 50-57 of them lead to an arrest
- 10-11 go to the prosecutor
- 5-7 will lead to actual conviction
- 4-6 will actually be incarcerated
EVERY 98 SECONDS an American is sexually assaulted 1 of 6 women have been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in America, worldwide it is 1 in 3.
20 people per MINUTE are physically abused by an intimate partner in America
5 women a day are murdered in America with the majority killed by an intimate partner or family/friend of that intimate partner.
45-50% of rapes are committed by an acquaintance
