What a great day for the sable German Shepherd I certainly can't remamber seeing both best of sexes being sables in my showing time. Congratulations to Timo vom Berrekasten who was father of the dog winner and grandfather of the bitch winner.
May I also say that I am sorry if my dog has won yet again but surely not all the judges are wrong? The two judges have never been to England before - I certainly did not know them and they cetainly did not know any of the handlers or the dogs. If you want to win you must have a good animal and a good handler. Congratulations to all the owners and handlers yesterday you all did a fantastic job and not forgetting the Junior Handler classes - I am sorry I don't have the results of those but it was a lovely sight to see them handling their dogs with such confidence and that they were also handling some very good animals. Lets see more of you in the main rings now.
Lastly thank you to all the hard working members of Cambridge Branch for a very well run show - we enjoyed it immensley.

I would like to echo Nikki's congratulations to the committee of Cambridge Branch of the GSD League for putting on an excellent show. So much hard work is required to put on such an event. You all did a wonderful job and thank you on behalf of our breed for your commitment as without people like you where would we be.
Congratulations to all the winners and to all exhibitors for contributing to the super atmosphere

On behalf of the Cambridge Committee, we wish to thank everybody who attended our show and especially those who travelled so far, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
We hope everybody enjoyed the day.
Congratulations to all winners as their was excellent quality entered in all classes, this is including the veteran class. We on the committee feel their are still improvements to be made which will be noted for next year, we will not stand still and we know you can not please evrybody but we will try !
We wish to thank Urban and Anders for the photograpy and to our judges for coming and giving their honest opinion. Also to John Ward for doing an excellent job in junior handling and for seeing so many confident young handlers. We have to say we were overjoyed to see so many puppies parading round the ring.
The judges reported back to us after the show and said 'they enjoyed the show and thought the quality of the animals in the UK was excellent'
We should all be proud.

Thanks for the results Nikki and congrats to all the winners.
Nikki you shouldnt have to explain yourself if your dog wins maybe the judge thought he was the best on the day.
