Who is the Richard Cranium that is a thief and LIAR and claims to be a breeder in Florida!?! - Page 1

Who is the Richard Cranium using MY picture of Valko Lengener-Meere and ME (my avatar) at the Roland Siebel Seminar a year ago in March in MOHAWK PARK in Tulsa, OK?

If you have received the picture below from a breeder in Florida and told this is their FEMALE for sale IT IS NOT!  YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS DOG HAS A PENIS! 

That is MY picture AND THAT IS ME IN THE PICTURE and you DO NOT HAVE MY permission to use it!   This picture IS COPYRIGHTED!  I will find you and take legal action for you using my likeness!

This person is a hack and a liar!  This is their website and if you ask for more pictures of the bitch they have for sale for $2300 they will send you a pic of Valko, PENIS INCLUDED! lol!

Funny how they pass around pictures of dogs that do not belong to them and then have a "Buyer Beware" page and a page titled "Most Important Page" telling you what good Christians they are!  Didn't know Christians think it is ok to steal a copyrighted picture and lie and say it is a female they have for sale!  They should put their own kennel on their "Buyer Beware" pages!

Her name is Linda Strand, she is from Deland Florida!  Her email is emma777@yahoo.com.  She just called me and I asked her about the picture that she is sending out and she said that yes she is sending this picture out.  She claims that she was sent that picture by the person who sold her the female that is advertised for $2300!

 This person has been a thorn in the backside of a lot of people for many years. She breeds many litters and even advertises that dogs are Imports when they aren't. And she breeds CKC, not canadian, dogs as well.  A lot of people would be happy to see her get sued and hopefully shut down.

Not to be tooting my own horn but to steel a picture like that from ME is STUPID!  I am too well known.....I have a "reputation" sort of, LOL!  and too many friends and have been around long enough for most people on here to know who I am and to know that AWESOME picture is ME and Valko.....to do something like that!

I INTEND to pursue this to the fullest!  That picture is copyrighted!  I guess the only way to make sure your pictures are safe is to put a watermark on them......sigh!  I hate people like that!

The picture is not on her website.  She sends it out when people inquire about the dog and want more pictures!  I had a person from this board send me a PM that they had inquierd about a bitch she had for sale and was there any pictures of the bitch working.  This person was sent the picture in my avatar!

I did talk to Linda dirrectly.  I first must say that I called and left a message about the $2300 bitch she had for sale.  She called me back and I asked her if that was the bitch in the picture with the blonde person in the blue/black gappay jacket that she had sent out to other people.  She said in a proud manner, " Yes, that is the female"  I then told her who I was and that was MY dog in the picture as well as ME!  I asked her why she was using my and my dog's picture to mis-represent her own dog?  I told her that that picture was copyrighted and I would take legal action!  She then said the person who she bought the bitch from sent her that picture! I said she was full of shit and she hung up on me and would not answer her phone!

I purchased the copyright to that picture, so that makes it MY picture!  I will pursue this!

Sold all my dogs so now I have nothing better to do with my time!  I hate a thief! LOL!!
