4pack and katjo: I could not agree more. The very second I see anyone touting their christianity on a business website/ad/flyer I immediately know that I am dealing with a low-life. A real Christian does not feel so compelled to schmear their faith and religious beliefs all over commerce...or vice verse.

I purchased a dog early 08 and was sent aprox 10 photos of this dog working

I posted several on pedigree to advertise her for sale

I received a call from a woman who was Yelling at me - I asked her not to yell at me and explained that I was send the photo when I purchased the dog

it was small so I didnt know it was not the same dog

forgive me for using any photos I was sent

the dog will be listed at another date with only photos I have taken myself

I guess no one should be trusted

as far as for the call - I would of gladly apologised if I had not been getting yelled at

the Fraud breeder in Deland

Call AKC and see if he is listed as owner of whatever dog she is advertising or was.????? Make a formal complaint to AKC  just for the record...Send a copy of the complaint letter to every nook and cranny......

Thank you sueincc for clearing this up for me , I guess it came across the wrong way.

When I lived in FL. me and other GSD people tried so hard to shut her down , I met her true a friend who got ripped of by her, went to her house to return that perticular dog but once I seen the place I told I ask the person NOT to return that dog There she runs an very nasty and unhealthy puppiemill , she steals pedigrees from here and uses them for her no papered gsd. She does not have any imorts at all. I still hope she gets shut down. Very unhealthy enviroment .

Its a shame so many people use Jesus' name and the faith for illicit, dishonest gain. I think of myself as "just another Christian, slugging along, trying to live the faith." Preaching is not my bag. (Praying is...)

When I see a little fish on a biz card or a website, or worse, a huge bible on somebody's dash board, I run like a scared rabbit. Some of the worst hosings I ever got came with quoted scripture. Surely God has a special place for those people, especially those who deal in His creatures... badly.

 I find this entire thread distasteful. There a tons of reasons for this and I'll be sure to confront those soon. But first, I think I'll post what I came in here to say.

First of all. katjo74, I think I may know the person you're talking about. Or at least as far as what I know from viewing your respective websites. If this person is who I think it is, I have to say they seem like a far more reputable sort than this "Richard Cranium".

The one unanswered question with your post is... was the contract overdue by 22 months? Or was the time period from when this person bought the female 22 months? Basically I'm asking when the contract expired.

Okay, that's my first statement/question here and it's specifically towards katjo74. Now for the long list of things I would like to confront about this thread and several other posters here.

1: PowerHaus, I'd like start this "rant" of sorts by saying that I have no affiliation with this Cranium fellow (or lady) and if he/she stole your image, I'm sorry. I'm a graphic designer and I know how it feels to have copyrighted material stolen from me. It's happened on plenty of occasions. For that, I'm sorry. Though it seems if this person is no longer sending out the image, that problem is resolved.

2: Here's where I'm slightly befuddled. If you were going to take action against this person, why post about it on a public forum? It's fine and all if you want to let the people know that some people aren't always what they seem but what's with the public post berating and ranting about it? Seems kind of counterproductive.

3: What's with the Christian bashing here? Seems to me some people here don't like the folks who try to instill some values through their websites and attract a certain kind of people. Let me explain:

Exhibit A: "*** Holes!"

Exhibit B: "LINDA! GO GET YOUR OWN ******* PICTURE! Oh! You don't have a dog that good? Too **** bad!"

Exhibit C: "a healthy & fertile breeding ***** on their premises"  (I know it's the technical term but... do you REALLY have to use it? Female works just fine.)

Exhibit D: "Delacruz isn't saying it, Delacruz is trying to point out that the ******* WHO STOLE THE PICTURE from Vickie..."

Anyway... I don't quite understand where any of you get off talking about Christians in the light that you do. Especially with that kind of language. There's the distasteful part I was referring to earlier. I know there are some so-called "Christians" that don't exactly follow the faith as well as they should... but come on. A few of you fall into that category nicely. Quite frankly, if the scriptures posted on some people's sites keeps people like the above mentioned from buying... I think it's done it's job well.

4: The rules, people... the RULES. I'm probably going to get banned for this but seriously... are the staff here lazy? I hit a button that said "I Accept" to a terms of use message when I signed up for this forum. From reading this thread, I'd say it breaks about 6 of them. I'll simply post those six and let you guys and gals decide who broke them.

3:All messages are moderated for foul language and commercialized promotional posts.

4: Always be respectful of other users, the system, and the moderators. We put the system online in good faith, please use it in good faith.

9:This forum system is not a venue for personal or private vendetta's. Keep your personal business as just that - personal. This forum is not a venue for the resolution of personal disputes with members or companies. (I think this is the biggest and most blatantly broken one here.)
