it says that the "standard commission " or "workgroup" is meeting in April and will discuss it. Upon their recommendation, the FCI Board of Directors will vote on it afterwards.
Word is that the work group recommended it and that it will now be voted on by the Board of Directors (but it has not happened yet).

Starrchar:  Google toolbar provides  the option of translating text to English.  But like Babel fish, many times the translation isn't always exactly spot on, so it's usually a good idea to double check with someone who is fluent in both the language the text was written in and fluent in the language you are wanting it translated into,  like Chris.....................Thanks, Chris!!

Thanks Sue. So happy to know about this feature. Of course, I feel a little foolish too...oh well :)  As for the long coats, I guess we just have to wait and  see.  What is your friend going to do?

I don't know!  I sent her an email right after I saw Chris' first post  on this thread, but haven't heard anything.
