What happened to this boy? How is he doing? What about his abuser? When is or was the court date?
Thanks for any information.

Thanks. Here is what the article said --
"His former owner, Kimberly Nizato, was charged with a felony count of animal cruelty and one misdemeanor count of failing to provide care. Her preliminary hearing is due to take place June 15 at Bellflower Superior Court. She remains free on $20,000 bail.
"Nizato’s attorney, Andrew Stein, has requested more medical records from the veterinarians that treated the dog in April. He contends the dog, then named Bosco, had stomach problems, which led to his emaciated state."
So the hearing is tomorrow in Bellflower, CA.
And so if he had stomach problems, why is he now doing better??
She is up on a felony and a misdemeanor. Hope they stick.

Thanks.
And now we need to know what vet the files are going to be given to. What vet would even begin to disagree with the files and the charts and pictures and video of that poor dog just about dead on arrival at the first vet's office!!!!!
Please let us know when the July hearing is over. Rescheduled again???
Thanks again!!!!!

Unbelievable. I guess you can call starvation a stomach problem,
Courage is still in my prayers.
