Hi, I have a young female 5.5 months old, daughter of VA2 Remo, she has perfect anatomy but she is 56cm!!!! tall already.
I am feeding her Royal Canine German shepherd Junior, I’m very worried that she will get too tall for the standards, can anyone advice me if there is something I can do to prevent it?
Some say that the food I am giving her has too much protein (30) which causes fast growth.
Please help

You could bind her chinese style. You could ask your breeder about this, or you could just realize that many dogs get almost full height early. However, many showdogs are giant, so who is in the pedigree ? Another place to look.
Protein is used for muscle growth, not bone structure. Keep feeding the dog.

Who told you that rubbish 30% protein too high. Protein is a building block Protein it builds muscle as Jeff said, A dogs growth is basically in the Genes,, Its height is then determined as is everything else the Dog will bodily inherit, You can of course expand on some of these things through feeding but it will not make a dog shoot up in height any more than its other physical attributes
If you look at my pup on here you will see she is fairly big pup for 6 months old, and fairly tall i have not measured her and do not intend too yet.
I guess she will balance out in another 6 to 8 months time just as your Pup will do not worry about it what is, will be anyway, Enjoy the Pup as it is, many an Ugly Duckling has turned out to be a Swan
