Sajid,
sorry to hear that you lost all your pups, heartbreaking.

DO NOT BREED THIS FEMALE !!!

Your best bet at this point is that you find out what causes this infection, blood test are requiret.
Once you have the results, cure the female. If & when you have the infection at bay, have your Vet exam the female again, to make sure that the reproduction organs have not been effected.
Only then, when I would have all this done, I would maybe think about breeding this bitch again.
Hope this helps.

good advice Ulli

Yes, you need to see that this female is not harboring bacteria in the milk ducts.  Not a good thing but it can be solved.  Go to your veterinarian and find out.

Def. get her tested at a vets.  but I have seen bitches who just produce bad milk.  not worth the stress or risk of breeding them.  why was the first litter not taken off of her at the first signs of trouble?

Uber Land,

in all my time around GSD's I have only encountered it once that a bitch produced bad milk. Same scenario, by the time the owner realized what was wrong, all 6 pups died. It was found out that the bitch had a severe Infection in the milkglands, that went undetektet. The pups were sentenced to death from the getgo, the owner not even knowing that something was wrong.

Oh, by the way, the bitch was bred succesfully later. But only after extensive tests were done. That alone took 2 heats. My understanding is, that the OP wants to breed her right the next heat - thats why I wrote, to not breed the bitch at this point.

my experience was with a rottweiler bitch, got her in whelp, lost all but 1 of the pups within a few days, they cried constantly and skin was bright red.  it was like they were toxic.
we waited 2 heat cycles, bred her again, same thing happened, pups were born bright red, and I immediately tookt hem off of her and bottle raised them on goatsmilk, within hours of receiving the other milk, their skin was normal colored, and they were not upset and crying all the time.  we sold her after that, and from what I heard, that person tried breeding her and had the same problems.  I didn't sell her as a breeder, but people always seem to know more than the person who sold the dog.

was never an infection that could be found, she just had bad milk.  it was discolored, and had an off smell to it also.

Doning rescue work with pregnant shelter dogs I hasve had first hand experience with toxic milk syndrome.  It is not fun and is one heck of a lot of work.  The puppies must be hand raised and that means countless nights with little to no sleep.  Before I bred this bitch again I would follow everyones advice and get as many things tested before doing so.
