Dear Hans, Thank you very much for your post. The company in the UK was recommended to me by Petre, Jiris son. I comtacted him via the email address provided on the website regarding importing a dog directly from Jinopo. He said that as of 2012 dogs could be imported via the company. The comparison is very useful. Hans what do you think of Cerna Bohemia's dogs. I know Oskar is from the same bloodlines as some of the Jinopo dogs. Thanks again

Dear Ace I know it sounds superficial but yes, the appearance is one of the main reasons why I like the Czech lines. Workability is present in this line but can also be found in other lines closer to home. Appearance is a reason but not the only one.

I do not know anything about this kennel.
But by the name it is one of the Czech marketing  copy cats since the name is grammatically incorrect thus not from Czech speeking person. That is often dead give away since Czech grammar is hard to grasp for individuals who are not  Czech natives. It should be Cerna Bohemie. Cerna Bohemia would be mixing Czech and English grammar. You can say Black Bohemia but in Czech it is Cerna Bohemie.
Oscar is a really well bred dog, but  in combination with their female Bora there is a  probability for  major 2 fold nightmare which may show sooner or later in this or next generation. That is  as far as hips go ( Bitch is A3= Noch zugelassen =OFA mild displasia in combination with 2 x Klara may be a real problem, (and some info is on some dogs hips is missing=red flag) Maybe 1 x Titus can fix some of it but ,...)
And high probability of hard to control extreme aggression.  Do research on Boban! Not an easy dog to handle. In  combination with Ex and Gero I believe there could be some bloodshed since that is 4th line which is known for aggression against the handler. Thus 1+1=2
Good looking dogs though, but who cares:)?  I would not have pups from this combination. Each of these 2 dogs ( especially the male)  may do well in some other combinations, but to put them together is not my idea of fun. or of breeding of versatile dogs which that is what GSD should be.
But who knows maybe I am wrong, breeding is often surprising, .....but I doubt it.
JMO since you asked.

We could say the exact opposite too. Here is my humble advice.
Always look at temperament first and then look at looks as a bonus. Above breeding is an good example why not to look at looks first.
As a matter of fact you should not be  looking for a dog, but you should be looking for a reputable breeder of quality dogs who will recomend you an appropriate dog based on your needs. To look for dogs via internet is almost always a failure or just dumb luck.

Thanks Hans for your advice, I think I just might wait for a Jinopo litter. One of the things that I really appreciate about Jinopo is that they are an established breeder and so many people have been satified with their dogs, also they offer a health guarantee which is not all too common.

Hans, are you guys finding it easier to breed the "Old style Czech dogs" with all the WG lines?

Just wanted to add this.
But Bora has had a nest before with another DDR male and this gave not only beautiful puppies, but very good character too and so far pre-lims look good.
Here a female from the first nest of Bora:
