I have no idea what the warning is about, but I noticed the ad says this female is imported....
as in, imported from another state within the US?  Because Clearcreek Bauernhof kennel is in Ohio.

I also see nothing in the ad that would throw up a flag, at least not anymore than any other ads I've seen.  What do you think is the problem??  Of course, one should always try to go see the dog/kennel firsthand prior to purchase, but I don't see any problem with this ad personally.

I see a big red flag......

Dog is for sale on ebay

by 1GSD1 on 02 July 2012 - 10:07

No that is how Oodle/local classifieds posts it. It is not actually Ebay as it is not an auction. Have no idea how that started. Tried to place a truck ad and it went the same way. It used to just be local to where you were but it still is but it's Oodle/Ebay.

BIG RED FLAG !    Come on people ......................... first the word "IMPORTED" with the kennel name as listed means that the dog was brought in from another country NOT another state ..................... this is clearly NOT imported from outside of the U.S. I have imported many dogs over the years incuding the dog in the avatar and seeing the name on the dog and saying it was imported I would think to myself "RED FLAG" ................... The ad says they have the import papers, isn't it possible the pups name was registered WITH the buyers name? How could so many be willling to red flag a dog and kennel they know nothing about? I think the entire post should be taken off unless the original poster explains an issue with this kennel. You should NOT be able to Red Flag someone for no apparent reason

Southern Import K9

I purchased this female from clearcreek when she was young, she was not imported she was born here in the U.S . She had way to much drive for me and I sold her , The person that purchased her from me said she refused to stand for the male at any point in her heat. I just felt like I should state the facts that I am aware of.

I looked into her a little bit. What a shame for that poor dog, seems like she has already seen a few homes. The ad was gone, I would buy her, she looks to be a nice girl. I also feel real bad for her. I love a high drive dog, Seems like she is destined to a life on the road . I have females that would not, will not stand for the males. Put up quite a fight actually, BUT I will not hold them down, and I certainly will not ship them out because of it. That (this) is why I limit my dogs breedings when I sell a pup. I want their reason for being got, to be for companion , or specific reason OTHER THAN breeding. Yeah, many of my dogs go on spay/neutur contracts, not because I am a hypocri.t, rather DOGS are not intended to be disposable. I try to ensure their well being for life . I really get disgusted how dogs just get passed around and disgarded because.....kyou can fill in the blanks, too many reasons to even start). Southernimport- I appreciate your info

Not that I am any expert... The girl looks "unkept."  For the ad being place in late May, I would have expected more of the winter coat to have been brushed out.

As with most everyone else, without details, it seems to be a bit unfair to the Breeder to start unkind rumors.  I am also not seeing any response from the OP.
