Google - dog trainers in Montreal.

by beetree on 18 March 2013 - 13:03

Blitzen,

I think Eddy has a bigger problem than how to find a dog trainer. I think Eddy's dog is still in the imaginary phase.
Ya' know? He's got those high hopes. Those pie-in-the-sky ... NoteNote

Bee, years ago I worked for a vet with a 2 year old daughter. She spent a lot of time in the office making dogs out of dropper bottle boxes with q-tips for legs calling them "tender dogs". For weeks we wondered what she meant by a "tender dog' until we finally realized she was making "preTENDER" dogs.  Maybe Eddy has a tender GSD?

I think you guys are being played. I believe Eddy has more knowledge than he lets on, it appears to be a big game with him and you guys are playing right along. Just my observations. Just quit playing and he will get tired of playing with himself, lol, and move on.

Yeah, I think you could be right about that, Admin. Hard to believe that an adult person could possibly be so bloody dense; it almost has to be a game. On the other hand, why would an experienced trainer make an ass out of himself every time he opens his mouth just to start trouble rather than offering help to those with training problems? Duh......

An any rate, I'm thinking you advice is right on - don't feed the troll.

I did have that feeling too, GSD ADmin. Hmmm.... Still, we did have a nice chat about yoga. That did happen. lol

Because he knows that he will never offer training advice or any constructive advice so he is getting plenty of attention playing the game and that is what feeds him.

I know it is hard to ignore but it is my best advice, if I had a nuke button I might just use it in this case.

Never mind

Hi Eddie, still enjoy flipping those burgers etc. Being a short order cook must provide you with many daily challenges. Have you considered changing “professions”? Something less challenging perhaps like janitorial employment. It may even afford you to the opportunity to purchase a dog, assuming you're willing to save and led a frugal lifestyle.
Maybe your Mom could help out on some level? Unless of course she is totally opposed to subsidizing/supporting your latest endeavor.
Eddie, just one more clue; please don’t give up on your various websites looking for a mate. It takes time, time, and time….
Right now your priorities are all in shambles. Please focus on obtainable goals.
Remember, were here to help you and your imaginary dog.
Cheers

"i would like to start slow as an apprentice ..................work my way up with the training of dogs.............

maybe try some helper work and kinda learn on the job........ im in montreal canada........

even do some kennel work...........all part of the learning process.........."- eddyelevation
If you start working as a helper you should let the board know, I am sure a few people would love to fly their SL shepherds out to Montreal to have a go at you. Then you can have a well-informed opinion. I for one, would love to fly my dog out for that.
