Hmm, yes, you're right, Joan. My calculator left the decimal out. I guess it's not used  to dealing with numbers that big!

Edit: I decided to use a currency converter, and my figures above are correct:
 
10,000,000.00 CNY = 1,630,520.58 USD

To convert that into words, Ten million Chinese yuan equals approximately one million, six hundred and thirty thousand US dollars!
