MODERATORS - PLEASE NOTE and REMOVE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
An advert on this website titled 'Show quality gsd puppies for sale' put on by Username - Allan2189 of Atris Kennels in India on 20th Jan 2011, is using MY PHOTO of one of MY LITTERS, taken approx 7yrs ago in the hallway of MY HOME. This photo is on my personal kennel website and only on my website, and is thus subject to copyright.
Apart from the fact that to use a photo of puppies that are clearly not the puppies which are for sale is giving a FALSE impression to the public of what they are offering, Permission HAS NOT, NOR WOULD EVER BE GIVEN to anyone else to use this photo, therefore use of this photo for this persons personal advert on this or any other website is an infringement of Copyright thus in breach of Copyright Laws. I have already sent an email in complaint to the person involved but have so far had no reply.
PLEASE REMOVE MY PHOTO FROM THIS ADVERT IMMEDIATELY.
