Heard on Facebook this morning, Koos Hassing has died.
Assuming true [no reason to doubt it] Belgium and the GSD world in general is now the poorer.

Sorry to hear about his passing. I've not owned any of his dogs and didn't know him, but am sure his absence will create a vacuum. I think @Sunsilver recently posted some of his writings that I really enjoyed reading. Even with historical knowledge we can all study, it isn't the same as someone who knew the dogs, and the overall breed as he obviously did, first hand. RIP.
