I tried to register my German Shepherd, but I get an error message saying double name. His parents are already recorded in the system. I imagine that there is a dog with the same name in the records, but surely it won't have the same breed, how can I avoid this problem and register my dog?

Can you give us the dogs name and breed?

We are trying to register 2 German Shepherd puppies. Their names are AXEL ( male) LO1269671 and AMBRA ( female) LO 1269680, son and daughter of ASIA DI CASA RAIMONDO and IGOR

Just Axel? You will need to add a kennel name or a number as 2 dogs with the exact same name will not work.
