I know this thread is off but when i got back home and saw that Daniela had finally respond with a new set of excuses as far as Pia is concerned I had to respond. That this women could compare her getting sick to me being hurt so badly in a car accident that I was paralized and so many other injuries it would take to long to list. But more important she said" I hope people where more understanding". Damn right they were besides the fact of my injuries that should have killed me my 11 year old daughter was killed so don't ever compare you getting sick with me needing surgery there is so much more. As far as this thing about Pia's previous owners missing a signature this is the first time i have ever heard this. You must of left that out in your 8 page e-mail to me this morning. Also she has been asked specifically at least 3 times today about the breed certificate for Pia x Pedro surprisingly NO ANSWER TO ME. Alaina

Amber, I guess you made your point sufficiently clear and D.H made her reply citing her side of the story. My humble request - I think the rest of the matter should be between the two of you outside this board. Once you guys settle on something, maybe you can post an update back on this site if you care. Just my 2 cents..

Girl, you really need to learn how to read the posts you are responding to more carefully. Because you could run the risk of seriously miscrediting yourself here. It was Grit that needed to have one previous transfer of ownership confirmed by the SV. Look at the proper post, and it is the same info as I had already written to you in an eMail earlier today. Could it be that you have a general comprehension problem when you read messages or speak to people? When the SV tells you, as I am sure they did on Nov 11th that Pia's papers are ready and will be sent to you once you have paid the fee, what exactly do you NOT understand here??? What part of the conversation with Sabine that said basically all is in order now has prompted you to start to lash out like this? And I am absolutely certain that Sabine told you about Grits stuff, because Sabine had sent a letter to the above mentioned previous owner dated Nov 10th. Surely she would have not kept that a secret from you. As to an answer re the Deckbescheinigung, you have received several answers in regard to that today. BTW I forgot to mention that in an earlier post, that you had alerted me to the missing Deckbescheinigung on Nov 11th for the very first time. So not months and months. Any more??? I am off now, will check back later to see what else you have misunderstood.

Alaina,. Why don't you let it go,Daniela seemed to go into pretty great detail and I'm sure everyone will be fine in the end The cure is simple, 1 don't import 2 import yourself,if everything is not perfect, you have nobody but yourself to blame.3 perhaps speaking to people how you would like to be spoken too? 4 Get out of the dog business totaly and take up knitting,it's less stressfull. Not that you need to hear anything from me but regarding the loss of your daughter,You have my heartfelt sympathy, no reason in the world why a parent should ever have to bury their child and go through that kind of pain.I have two little girls myself and don't know if I could make it without them. I hope you cope with your loss the best you can. I know there are support groups for things like this.A close friend of mine also lost her daughter a few years ago in an accident involving some dirt bag that killed himself rather then go to trial for his actions. Peace, Charlie....

Howdedo, Why bury it? Sombody brought up something and the person it was brought up about responded.I see no problem with it being in this forum. It's a problem that anyone of us can run into.Nothing wrong from learning from other peoples experiences is there. If it is something that is of no use to you just don't read it

Comeon Charlie Ivory, Hasn't enough been said on this by all parties including you. You did a good job defending your friend. All I said was the two of them can sort out the rest of the stuff amongst themselves. My last post on this..Feel free to continue..it is a public forum.

The escalating 'nastiness'in a public forum, at this stage, can only serve to harm Amber's case and reduce possibility of amicable resolution! Given the chance, it seems that DH is more than willing to satisfactorily resolve the issue.

Why do people here feel the need to police this forum? It is plenty big enough, if you don't have any interest in a post skip it, go on to the next, by people putting in there 2 cents worth so to speak is taking up just as much room and has NOTHING to do with the orignal post We are all big boys and girls, if you don't like what you see then move along, don't infringe on my right to continue speaking about a topic if somebody feels like talking to me about it. Not all of us think alike HOWDEDO. If the people involved feel the need to consult with you as to weather or not they should continue on with their topic I'm sure they will, untill then maybe comment on the subject matter or sit back and read and enjoy yourself as other do. In closing, I'd like to say I defended nobody, I spoke the truth.

by patrishap on 20 November 2004 - 00:11

Cheers Charlie, Some may not agree with your comments but, we all defend your right to say them to the death! It's what democracy and this forum are all about. On the other hand, with respect, you are not the font of all wisdom either. You Testimonial to profit-oriented Broker DH would surely put Mother Teresa in the shade! As one with smidgen of legal training, and I'm sure HOWDEDO will agree here, the mounting animosity in this forum between DH and Amber, can only make the future amicable resolution of what appear to be only minor technical outstandings that more difficult. And, perhaps over-reactive and overwrought with recent sad loss, Amber may later well regret comments made here.
