Ramage

Ok, we spent an hour trying to get good stacked photos today. I think we finally got 1 out of hundreds. So much fun, not LOL

Very good pictures, she looks much better in these pictures, stack is nuch better too.

All looks very good. Last time I wasn't very impressed with her shoulder, front upper arm looks better now in length, but still could use more angle and more forechest development. Shoulder blade lay looks better but still needs a bit more lay.

Croup and rear angulation look very good, also tailset. Her topline is so beautiful and smoothly sloping and melting into the croup then tailset. Now her pasterns look a bit steep, but not soft at all in my opinion. Ears look lovely. I notice her eye is a bit light, though it goes fine with the reddish color on forehead. A beautiful female no doubt, wish you and her all the best.

Forgot to say, her total impression says " I am an athlete"

Thanks Ibrahim. I thought her shoulder looked a bit better in this, too, so I was glad I went to the effort to get the shots. I think this is a more accurate look at what she really is. Yes, she is extremely athletic. I also felt her eye was a bit light, but at the same time it blends in with the color around her face. Her dam has an extremely dark eye and her sire was a bit lighter, but not much ... so not sure why a few pups in the litter came out with medium colored eyes.

Hi Ramage,

She is a lovely bitch, with very good head and expression,

where the light eyes takes away a little from the expression.

She has very good bones and a super strait front.

She moves well with good drive and reach.

You got to teach her calmness while stacking her, It's importantThe handler should relax the leash, and talk to the dog.

The double handler( the person attracting ) should know how much attraction to apply and when.

Then you go on from there. it's just like any training exercise.Initially you reward immeadiately.

Then you delay the reward for 2 secs. and go on from there. all the while the handler is talking to the dog.

It's very important the dog alert  calm during the stack, to enable the Judge to appreciate it's qualities.

Thank you Sonora :-) we have a LOT of work to do with this pup, as she is very crazy about any sort of double handling and hasn't done much stacking. I will try and do what you suggest. Thank you!
