Does anyone know about Artica's International kennels?

I can tell you they breed GSDs, not White Shepherd Dogs...so you might want to check on the GSD database.
Other than that, I have no idea, never heard of them. They're not a member of any of the wGSD or WSD clubs here in the USA or Canada.
If you're looking for a white of good breeding, I'd start with the White Shepherd Club of Canada, United White Shepherd Club, American White Shepherd Club, WGSDCA and the WGSDCII.

I know that I have seen their dogs on rescue sites several times. The dogs come with their papers so we know for a fact who they're from. The rescues try contacting this kennel to return the dog to them and they never will take the dog back. I wouldn't support someone who won't take back a puppy they brought into this world.
