I am also a die hard fan of Rot. 

It feels so disgusted to know what happned with you, really sorry for your loss.

But I appreciate your efforts that you are making it public, at least it will save few other people from being cheated from the same guy. and this post will definately act as an eye opener for others.

Vomhorizon: take it with right spirit

It seems from your last message that you know this guy who cheated Anirudh,  
and shame to see your reply. Instead of making this as a public issue you are trying to suggest him not to go public.
I can imagine that you know Mr Malik , but if you are really worried about your country's reputation then take pain and accept wrong doing honestly. Instead of suggesting anything like this to anirudh go and talk to Mr Malik and convince him to take responsibility. Teach him that cheating may make him quick money but that doesnt last.
And in long run that will help your country to produce not only excellent breeders but also breeds.

If you read my reply that is precisely what i am doing. I am aquainted to Mr Malik just as most Breeders and exhibitors that show reguarly are. From those that have contacted the breeder (and i wasnt the only one who tried to get Mr Sumit Malik to react to this and settle the matter) we have been told that Mr anirudh who aquired the dog claims that he did not write the reply on Pedigreedatabase and he is denying the fact and claiming that someone else created a profile on his behalf and is doing that. As a medium the internet (and particularly the Messageboards ) is hardly the place for objective fair and balanced critique of any persons buisness dealing wether right or wrong.

What i am trying to say to Mr Anirudh is that  , he should along with the help of other breeders try to settle the matter amiciably with Malik , and if all else fails then he can exercize other options , moreoever there are far better ways then to get the "truth out" then an open message board like this where anyone can create any profile and speak on any matter what so ever.

I guess i should not have interveined in the matter , and let things pass and slide the way they were going , but just to clear the matter i am on the side of the person who "claims" to have been cheated , i want to genuinly help him and feel that a better way to get the justice he desrves is to go through a different medium and through other reputed breeders who can have the 2 parties sit together in a conducive environ and hopefully work out a settlement and get the truth out.

If the purpose of the person was to simply Narate his mis-dealings with Mr Malik (meaining he has no hope left for getting justice) then i dont object , but then again there are other more "credible" means to lodge a genuine complaint , with regards to his alledged fraud. If he serves to merely warn others then i have no objection what so ever . I was merely trying to see if something could be done for Anirudh , and i even spoke to a few people about it .

I am Aniruddha who is in Dog Breeding by the name of “Kolte Kennel,s”. Just wanted to put some light on the matter.
 
I am really thankful to your contributions to the above post. It definitely gives me a hope and strength to fight for the right reason.
 
I really appreciate all the efforts and support I am receiving from everyone of you, but wish this results in some positive step and not just the topic of discussion.
 
As mentioned by Vomhorizon in his last reply, It is true that the thread is not started by me, but nevertheless it speaks the truth and shows only a fraction of apathy which I have gone through.
For me it doesn’t matter who started the thread and it can be a matter of investigation which can be done later, What I simply want is to bring facts about above dealing and convey it to everyone that it is true.
 
To start with I want everyone and especially to Mr Malik to know that, to acquire the so called Best of best Pair, I had had to sell my existing breeding stock which I had carefully bred in the past. And now I am left with this pair.
 
The female which I bought from Mr. Malik who he said is 100% pregnant, was neither pregnant and nor can conceive in future. Vet has confirmed it to me that she can never be pregnant again.
 
 My situation here is, being a person of good moral I will never sell this Female to anyone.
 
And I am left with only one female which can not be used for breeding purposes.
 
I am known in the circle as Rot lover and had produced fantastic, quality dogs earlier.
And now about my future I am completely unsecured and clueless. Having mentioned that my spirit as a quality breeder will never diminish.
 
My discussion with Mr Malik only resulted in suggestion from him to take those dogs to Vet, which off course I had done without him telling me, and I have Spent a hefty amount for the medication of the dogs.
My intention to add my post in this thread is not only to warn others from the misdealing which are happening around but also to see an end to my struggle.

                   i am a rottweiler,i have rotts,what happned with you is very unfortunate and bad,what you are doing is   appreciable, atleast you are telling other people about this,which can make other people alert from these quality breeders,what you said regarding showing that male in comming show season is great idea to expose that breeder,regarding female you wrote she will not be able to conceive in next future what is the reason for that,is she having some trouble with utres or ????,there are few honest breeders in this country as well.this experience will make you more alert in future ,my advice is next time before buying consult to some experienced breeders.if they are doing this in india itself,what will they do if they get a chance to export,god knowes??,this is a game of faith  ,you take years to built your repo,one mistake of your can lead to your disaster.

Now water is more clear AHA ...........

Anirudh or Aniruddha .............at least now we know wht truth is.

I have no doubt that others will also agree that there has to be some action taken collatrally and everyone will Join hands for the same.

After reading this post I come to the understanding that cheating is common in Indian Breeding Circle and most of the members are talking about  word of caution and no one is bothered to take any action against such hoax Breeder/Breeders. I just hope that picture in India is not that gaudy as it looks.

I hope you have an institution which will take an action and investigate the matter.

After reading about the last post from Aniruddha......I just felt blood rush in me. My heart goes to you Aniruddha. Hats off to the Breeder in you, for showing the spirit of producing Quality dogs in future.

I appreciate people like Vomhorizon who took initiative and he seems like a genuine guy. Wish others will also follow the suit.

There is little I can do but i hope that wil help you in your pursuit.

From my side I will circulate this 'post link' to all my contacts in Europe and America. Also I will provide link on my webpage. We will also discuss this in our frequent gatherings.

Fortunately here we never indulge ourselves in such misdoing or at least I have not come across such thing before.
